We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, was exceptionally courteous and helpful. They even went above and beyond by offering us a personal poncho when it was forecasted to rain. The breakfast variety was generous, with hot and replenished food, and the ladies on staff were always friendly and cleaning the food service area. The complimentary shuttle service provided by Bright, the driver, was professional and convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, museums, and various attractions.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Location: This hotel is conveniently located right across the street from a major Marta terminal and the entrance to Underground Atlanta. It is also next to the downtown strip and within easy reach of downtown attractions such as State Farm Arena, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium. Hotel facilities: The room I stayed in was large and had all the facilities I needed to be comfortable. The view of the Capitol from my room was also a nice bonus. Breakfast: The breakfast served at the hotel was warm and far better than the usual cold American breakfast. It was not a full buffet but pretty close to it. Staff: The staff at this hotel was exceptional. From the lady who checked us in to the breakfast hostess who had toys for the kids and a beautiful smile for everyone, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Tatiyana, was extremely patient and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and much better than the standard American breakfast. The location was excellent, right across from the 5 points Marta station, making it convenient for transportation. The room was large, quiet, and had all the necessary facilities.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Convenient location near MARTA and Underground Atlanta, close to various eateries and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with cheerful breakfast attendants. Easily accessible computer in the lobby.

Couldn't fault.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff provided great hospitality and addressed all my needs. The atmosphere and environment of the hotel were lovely. The customer service was top-notch from the moment I arrived until I left. The hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to the nice parts of downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities.
